Billing
Questions about paying.
What counts as a call?
A recording that runs at least 60 seconds. Shorter ones, like a test or a false start, don't use one up.
What happens after my 5 free calls?
You can still open Telmi, read your notes, chat about past calls, and prepare for meetings. Only starting a new recording needs Pro.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Download the app, sign in, and your free calls are ready. You only enter a card when you upgrade.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, at any time, in a couple of clicks. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then you're back on Free with all your calls intact.
Is there a team or annual plan?
Not yet. Telmi is built for the person on the call, so it's priced per person. If you'd like it for a team, book a call and tell us what you need.
Who handles payment?
Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Receipts and invoices come from Stripe, and you can update your card in the billing portal from your account page.
Taxes?
Prices are in US dollars. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it's added at checkout.
